The vehicle should be returned to our branch no later than the time defined in your Rental Agreement. We allow a grace period of 29 minutes after the expiry of the deadline, after which additional rental time is charged (a new rental day). When returning the vehicle, you must hand over the keys and complete documentation to our agent, which officially ends your rental period.
During handover, you must inspect the vehicle together with our agent to determine whether it has been returned in the same condition in which it was collected. A vehicle condition report is prepared on that occasion and signed by you, confirming your agreement with the findings. At your request, we can also issue written confirmation that the vehicle has been properly returned and that you have no outstanding obligations to us.
If for any reason you cannot be present during the inspection, or if you return the vehicle outside branch working hours, it is important to inform us of this in advance. In such cases, the vehicle remains under your responsibility until our agent inspects it after the branch opens. We recommend that you photograph the vehicle in such situations so that you have proof of its condition at the time it was parked.
