The territory on which the vehicle may be used includes the territory of Serbia. Vehicles may be used in Europe only with prior notification and approval. The renter and driver must comply with these territorial limits, as any use of the vehicle outside the agreed territory represents a serious breach of the agreement. Before entering another country, you must check whether the vehicle has all legally required equipment prescribed in the country to which you are travelling.
There are certain prohibited territories and countries into which it is strictly forbidden to enter with vehicles from our fleet. The list of strictly prohibited areas includes Kosovo and Metohija, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, as well as all former republics of the USSR. The use of our vehicles on all islands and island states is also prohibited, regardless of their geographical location.
All drivers are required to pay the cross-border fee, which is clearly stated in our price list. In addition, the driver must comply with all local traffic regulations, including the obligation to pay tolls and respect traffic rules. Please note that, as the renter, you are responsible for all claims, fines, costs, damage and other obligations arising from the use of the vehicle throughout the entire rental period.
