The basic amount paid for vehicle rental includes a range of mobility services necessary for safe and carefree travel. The price includes mandatory third-party liability insurance, as well as basic insurance for damage to the vehicle, known as CDW, which applies with the deductible defined in your individual agreement.
In addition, theft protection, i.e. the THW package, may be included in the basic price, within the scope defined by the rental agreement. These services are intended to provide you with basic protection and security while using the vehicle, reducing the risk of unexpected financial costs in the event of minor incidents or accidents.
The basic package also includes the mileage selected during booking, as well as technical assistance in the event of a vehicle breakdown, provided that the breakdown was not caused by your negligence or improper handling. This assistance is available 24 hours a day to provide maximum support and enable you to continue your journey in the event of unexpected technical difficulties.
