Vehicle rental in our company is available to all legal entities and individuals who have legal capacity to enter into a contract. In order to successfully conclude a rental agreement, you must be ready to accept full responsibility for the vehicle throughout the entire rental period, including care for its technical condition, safety and proper use.
In addition to legal capacity, the client must have a payment method accepted under our business rules. Royal Rent a Car Belgrade prefers cash payments, and we also accept online payments that can be made using cards such as Visa, American Express and MasterCard. Please note that debit cards are not accepted for placing a deposit when collecting the vehicle; the deposit may be placed in cash or by credit card, while debit cards may be used to pay the rental if previously approved.
When collecting the vehicle, it is also necessary to provide a valid ID card or passport, a valid driving licence with data written in the Latin alphabet, and proof of place of residence or stay. Acceptable proof may include utility bills, while Royal Rent a Car Belgrade reserves the right to request additional proof of residence or address if needed. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to decide whether to conclude an agreement with each individual client.
