General rental terms
To enter into a vehicle rental agreement, the following conditions must be met:
- Minimum age of 21
- At least 2 years of holding a driving license
- Mandatory identification – ID card or passport
- Minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours)
- Pick-up and return times must match; we allow up to 60 minutes of delay
- After more than 60 minutes of delay we reserve the right to charge an additional rental day
Vehicle pick-up
You can pick up the vehicle at one of our branches or have it delivered to your preferred location (airport, hotel, home address). Pick-up outside working hours is possible with prior notice.
At pick-up you need to provide:
- A valid driving license
- ID card or passport
- A means for the deposit (cash or credit card)
The vehicle is handed over clean and technically sound, with a condition report noting any existing damage.
Vehicle return
The vehicle is returned to the agreed place and time, in the same condition and with the same fuel level as at pick-up. Return outside a branch or working hours is possible with prior notice and, if needed, a delivery surcharge.
Deposit
The client is required to leave a deposit of 200 to 500 € depending on the vehicle category. If new damage is found upon return, the deposit is retained up to the amount the client is liable for under the rental agreement.
Fuel (Fuel Policy)
We apply the "full–full" principle: you receive the vehicle with a full tank and return it full. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the missing fuel is charged along with a refuelling fee.
Payment methods
The rental is paid at pick-up, in one of the following ways:
- Cash
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Amex)
- Bank transfer (for companies)
Additional driver
An additional driver may be registered and must be listed in the rental agreement and meet the same conditions (age and driving experience) as the main driver. Driving by an unregistered person voids the insurance and shifts full liability to the client.
Insurance and damage excess
All vehicles are insured. The level of cover and damage excess depends on the chosen package:
- CDW – collision damage waiver with an agreed excess
- THW – theft protection
- SCDW – additional excess reduction, for a surcharge
Insurance does not cover damage to tyres, rims, the underbody, the interior, or damage caused by gross negligence or breach of the agreement.
Cross-border travel
Taking the vehicle out of the Republic of Serbia is possible only with prior written consent and the appropriate documentation (green card). Certain vehicle categories and destinations may be excluded, and an additional fee may apply for travel abroad.
Vehicle use rules
During the rental period the client must follow these rules:
- Smoking in the vehicle is not allowed
- Transporting pets is allowed only with prior notice
- Racing, towing other vehicles and overloading are prohibited
- The vehicle is used in line with its purpose and traffic regulations
Traffic fines
The client is responsible for paying all traffic and parking fines incurred during the rental period, as well as any administrative costs of processing the offence.
Accident procedure
In the event of an accident or vehicle damage, the client must:
- Notify the police and wait for the inspection
- Complete the European Accident Statement
- Photograph the vehicles, parties and the scene
- Contact our support service without delay
Failure to follow the prescribed procedure may result in loss of insurance cover.
Roadside assistance
If you choose to rent one of the vehicles from our fleet, you will have 24/7 support across the whole of Europe.
