A daily rental at Royal Rent a Car Belgrade is calculated on the basis of a 24-hour period, starting from the moment of vehicle collection defined in the Rental Agreement. This means that if you collect the vehicle at 10:00, 10:00 the following day marks the end of the first rental day. This system is precise and gives you full control over the duration of your rental.
If you keep the vehicle longer than the planned time, a grace period of 29 minutes applies. If this period is exceeded, the fee for one additional rental day is automatically charged according to the current price list. We therefore advise you to plan the return of the vehicle in advance in order to avoid unnecessary costs caused by delays or unexpected traffic congestion.
It is also important to note that the vehicle collection and return times are recorded in our system when the handover report is signed. If the return time changes, you must inform us as early as possible so that we can check vehicle availability for other clients and update your agreement in good time, avoiding misunderstandings regarding time calculation.
