If, during the inspection upon return, any damage is found that did not exist at the time of collection, you will be charged for that amount in accordance with our current price list. If you or the driver caused the damage, the repair costs and any reduction in the vehicle’s value will be invoiced directly to you. Our goal is for this process to be as simple as possible and resolved with mutual understanding of the situation.
If the damage is identified in your presence and you acknowledge it by signing the return report, that signature is considered your direct consent to the damage finding. In such situations, we will immediately inform you of the next steps and the amount of costs you need to settle. Transparency is our priority, so you will always receive clear documentation explaining the repair costs incurred.
If the damage is not covered by the basic insurance package you selected, you will be responsible for the full repair amount, including labour and parts costs. For this reason, we advise all clients to familiarise themselves with insurance packages when booking and to consider choosing additional cover that may protect them from such unforeseen situations, thereby increasing safety and peace of mind throughout the rental period.
