Throughout the entire rental period, you are obliged to use the vehicle with the care of a responsible owner and maintain it in the condition in which you collected it. This includes regular checks of basic vehicle parameters, such as engine oil level, coolant level, tyre pressure and windscreen washer fluid level. If you notice any warning light on the dashboard, you must immediately act according to the vehicle user manual.
Returning the vehicle clean (exterior and interior washing). You collected the vehicle clean and washed, and you are obliged to return it in the same condition. If the vehicle is returned extremely dirty (seat stains, waste, mud), we will have to charge the cost of deep cleaning according to the current price list. Note: Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Routine checks during driving. As a responsible driver, you are obliged to regularly check the basic vehicle parameters to ensure safe driving:
a. Engine oil and coolant (antifreeze) level.
b. Tyre pressure and windscreen washer fluid level.
If any warning light appears on the dashboard, you must immediately stop the vehicle safely and follow the instructions.
Respecting scheduled services. When collecting the car, you will be informed if the vehicle has a scheduled regular service during your rental period. These appointments must be strictly respected so as not to jeopardise the manufacturer’s warranty. Any modifications or mechanical interventions on your own initiative are strictly prohibited.
If urgent repairs necessary for the safety of passengers and the vehicle are required, you are authorised to carry out urgent repairs up to the amount of 50 euros (€) without our prior consent. For all costs exceeding this amount, it is necessary to contact us and agree on further steps.
