The renter is obliged to use the vehicle with the care of a prudent businessperson and a responsible owner, strictly following the manufacturer’s instructions for use.
During the rental period, the client is obliged to monitor the basic warning indicators on the vehicle dashboard (engine oil level, coolant level, tyre pressure), and, if needed, top up windscreen washer fluid or antifreeze.
Important note: In the event of refuelling with the wrong type of fuel, all towing costs, tank emptying costs and engine repair costs shall be borne entirely by the renter.
The vehicle must be kept and used with special care. This means that you must always keep it locked, avoid leaving valuable items in visible places that could encourage a break-in, and use all built-in anti-theft devices when leaving the vehicle unattended. Smoking in vehicles is also not allowed, and in case of violation a flat fee of 150 euros (€) will be charged.
Without our prior written consent, the renter may not modify, install or remove any parts or equipment of the vehicle, nor perform repairs except in the case of a punctured tyre. Any damage caused by improper use, extreme dirtiness or failure to follow maintenance instructions will be charged to the renter according to the applicable price lists, including the costs of special deep cleaning or replacement of mechanical parts.
