Vehicles from our fleet may be driven only on roads that are paved and intended for regular traffic. Using the vehicle on gravel, forest, field roads or any other undeveloped surfaces is strictly prohibited. Such conduct is considered a serious breach of contractual obligations and may result in the loss of insurance rights in the event of vehicle damage.
Any damage to the vehicle, such as dents on the bodywork, damage to the undercarriage, sills or suspension, caused by driving off paved roads, is fully borne by the renter. The costs of such repairs can be very high, and a flat fee for damage assessment and extraordinary vehicle cleaning may also be charged if it is necessary to restore the vehicle to its original condition.
If you need to travel to locations accessible only by unpaved roads, please contact us before departure. Although our vehicles are not specialised for off-road conditions, we can advise you on the safest routes to your destination or provide additional information about restrictions applying to certain vehicle groups in our fleet.
