In accordance with our internal health and hygiene rules, transporting pets in Royal Rent a Car Belgrade vehicles is strictly prohibited. The reason for this policy is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all our clients, including persons who may have allergic reactions.
If you have an urgent need to transport a pet, you must inform us at the time of booking. Transport may be approved only with our consent and with the mandatory use of special carriers and protective covers. In this case, a fixed regular deep-cleaning fee of 80 € is added to the rental price.
Penalties and penalty provisions: If, when returning the vehicle, it is determined that pets were transported in it without prior written consent, or if signs of animals are noticed (hair, smell, scratches), the following penalties apply:
Fine for unauthorised pet transport: Fixed 100 €.
Costs of extraordinary chemical and deep cleaning: 80 € (charged automatically if visible traces of hair or dirt are found on the seats).
Interior damage: If permanent damage to seats, upholstery or plastic parts is found (claw scratches, bites), the client fully bears the costs of replacing or repairing the damaged parts according to the estimate of an authorised service centre.
