In addition to the basic rental price, clients may be charged certain fees related to the use of the vehicle or unforeseen circumstances. This includes administrative costs for processing traffic fines, as well as costs related to tolls that were not paid on time. Please note that you are personally responsible for paying all fines and charges arising from your use of the vehicle during the rental period.
There are also costs that apply when the vehicle is returned dirty, with unpleasant odours or with damage not covered by vehicle insurance, such as damage to the undercarriage or interior. If you lose the keys or vehicle documentation, you will bear the costs of their replacement, as well as all related administrative fees arising from resolving such situations in our business system.
Finally, fuel costs should also be taken into account, as you must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when it was collected, or we will perform the refuelling service for an appropriate fee. In addition, if there is a delay in payment of obligations, we reserve the right to charge statutory default interest and reminder costs, so please settle all due invoices within the prescribed deadlines to avoid additional expenses.
