International travel is permitted only with prior arrangement and our written authorization. If you plan to travel outside the borders of Serbia, we are required to provide you with the necessary documentation, including a Green Card and a written authorization to drive a vehicle owned by another person abroad. Crossing the border without prior notice and approval is subject to strict penalties, and in such cases, the comprehensive insurance (CDW) coverage becomes void.

We deliver vehicles to Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport or to any address within Belgrade. For long-term rentals, vehicle delivery is free of charge. Delivery to other cities is available upon request, with fees determined based on the location.

The minimum rental period is 24 hours (one day). The rental period begins at the time the rental agreement is signed and the vehicle is collected. A grace period of up to 29 minutes is allowed for returning the vehicle. After that, an additional rental day will be automatically charged in accordance with the applicable price list.

In the event of any vehicle breakdown or unexpected situation on the road, your first responsibility is to safely stop the vehicle and immediately contact our customer support team. In the event of an accident, the most important step is to secure the scene immediately by turning on your hazard lights, putting on a reflective safety vest, and placing a warning triangle at a safe distance behind the vehicle. You must then call the police by dialing 192, as an official police report is mandatory for activating comprehensive insurance coverage, regardless of the extent of the damage. At the same time, you are required to contact our agency so that we can provide assistance, arrange roadside recovery if necessary, or organize a replacement vehicle. Before moving the vehicle, if it is safe to do so, take photographs of the accident scene and any damage, complete the European Accident Statement, and wait for the police inspection. Do not consume alcohol under any circumstances, as doing so will invalidate the insurance coverage.
