Rental terms
Everything you need to know about terms, documents and insurance before picking up a vehicle at Ostružnica is below:
- Driver: Minimum 21 years of age and 2 years of driving experience (ID card/passport and licence required).
- Deposit: No deposit for known clients. For others it ranges from €200 to €1,000 (cash or card) and is refunded when the undamaged vehicle is returned.
- Fuel (full–full): You receive the vehicle with a full tank and return it the same way.
- Comprehensive insurance: Included in the price (CDW and THW damage and theft protection with an excess). Does not cover tyres, rims and interior.
- Travel abroad: Allowed only with our prior written consent and a green card.
- Duration and lateness: Minimum rental is 24h. Return lateness tolerance is 60 minutes.
- In case of an accident: A police report and immediate notification of our support are mandatory, otherwise insurance is void.
