The starting price for vehicle rental is €15 per day, while the final calculation is made according to the model, season and number of days.

Rental terms

Everything you need to know about terms, documents and insurance before picking up a vehicle at Autokomanda is below:

  • Driver: Minimum 21 years of age and 2 years of driving experience (ID card/passport and licence required).
  • Deposit: No deposit for known clients. For others it ranges from €200 to €1,000 (cash or card) and is refunded when the undamaged vehicle is returned.
  • Fuel (full–full): You receive the vehicle with a full tank and return it the same way.
  • Comprehensive insurance: Included in the price (CDW and THW damage and theft protection with an excess). Does not cover tyres, rims and interior.
  • Travel abroad: Allowed only with our prior written consent and a green card.
  • Duration and lateness: Minimum rental is 24h. Return lateness tolerance is 60 minutes.
  • In case of an accident: A police report and immediate notification of our support are mandatory, otherwise insurance is void.

Vehicle rental in our company is available to all legal entities and individuals who have legal capacity to enter into a contract. In order to successfully conclude a rental agreement, you must be ready to accept full responsibility for the vehicle throughout the entire rental period, including care for its technical condition, safety and proper use.

An authorised driver is only the individual who is expressly listed and identified in the Rental Agreement. This may be the renter or an additionally registered driver. Any person who is not listed in the agreement is not authorised to drive the vehicle, and allowing an unauthorised person to operate the vehicle is considered a serious breach of the rental terms.

The territory on which the vehicle may be used includes the territory of Serbia. Vehicles may be used in Europe only with prior notification and approval. The renter and driver must comply with these territorial limits, as any use of the vehicle outside the agreed territory represents a serious breach of the agreement. Before entering another country, you must check whether the vehicle has all legally required equipment prescribed in the country to which you are travelling.

The renter is obliged to use the vehicle with the care of a prudent businessperson and a responsible owner, strictly following the manufacturer’s instructions for use. During the rental period, the client is obliged to monitor the basic warning indicators on the vehicle dashboard (engine oil level, coolant level, tyre pressure), and, if needed, top up windscreen washer fluid or antifreeze.

The basic amount paid for vehicle rental includes a range of mobility services necessary for safe and carefree travel. The price includes mandatory third-party liability insurance, as well as basic insurance for damage to the vehicle, known as CDW, which applies with the deductible defined in your individual agreement.

In addition to the basic package, we offer a wide range of additional mobility services designed to make your trip more comfortable and better suited to your specific needs. All these options are listed in detail in our current price list, which is available at each of our branches and on our official website, where you can find exact prices for each individual service.

The price you pay for vehicle rental depends on several factors provided when making the reservation, such as rental duration, vehicle category, driver age and any extras you have selected. Any change to these details after a confirmed reservation may lead to a change in the final price, so please inform us of all changes in good time so that we can provide an accurate calculation.

Yes, when collecting the vehicle it is necessary to leave a deposit, which represents an additional guarantee alongside the rental price itself. Certain regular or previous users may be exempt from the obligation to place a deposit, exclusively by prior decision of Royal Rent a Car Belgrade. The deposit may be placed in cash or by credit card, in which case the bank pre-authorises the funds on your account. The deposit amount is not fixed; it depends on the category of the rented vehicle, the rental duration and other services you have ordered.
