Changes to an existing reservation are possible without additional fees, provided that you notify us at least 24 hours before the start of the agreed rental period. By calling our customer service number or sending an email, you can easily update your details, with the note that the rental price may change in accordance with the new terms and the current price list valid at the time of the change.
For prepaid reservations, cancellation rules are defined to ensure vehicle availability. If you cancel the reservation 24 hours before the start, you may do so without any fee. In the event of late cancellation, a fee of 50 euros (€) net is charged, while for a so-called "no-show" or failure to appear without prior notice, a fee of 95 euros (€) net is charged.
For reservations that have not been prepaid, changes and cancellations are free until the planned vehicle collection time. However, if you do not appear at the agreed time without prior notice, a no-show fee of 95 euros (€) applies. This rule has been introduced to ensure efficient fleet planning and provide all clients with the best possible service.
